The GPS Robot
Last weekend, I had to make the trek through Dallas for the first time driving by myself. I needed to pick my mom up at the hotel she was staying in before we could go to Houston for my cousin’s wedding.
When she first told me about this plan, I didn’t really want to go anymore. I’ve never really enjoyed driving, and I was anxious about the heavy traffic everyone describes Dallas having.
My dad talked me into going through.
“It’s easy!” he said. “You’ll be fine. Just don’t follow your GPS robot. She’ll take you through a toll road.”
