There’s plenty of beef if you cut out the bull
National media stories about meat shortages in the U.S. have been troublesome to say the very least.
Major grocery stores like Kroger and Costco have started restricting how much meat customers can purchase at one time.
Major fast food chain restaurant Wendy’s has reportedly began to take hamburger off its online menu as fresh beef supply chains have been disrupted. Some in the media have poked fun of an old Wendy’s marketing slogan asking “Where’s the Beef?”
There is plenty of beef in the U.S.
American farmers and ranchers produce more than enough beef to feed this country and more. Our cattle genetics are the envy of the world as well as the quality and consistency of our end product.
