Clester named Local Legend at chamber banquet

The Okeene Chamber of Commerce held their annual banquet on Feb. 6, 2020.

The late Elaine Clester was chosen for the Local Legend award for her many years of service provided to the Okeene community. Elaine and her late husband Bill operated the Silly Willies restaurant and catering business for many years. In addition Clester has volunteered many hours at The Corner, grocery store, and many other areas.
