Forgotten Ministries brings “The Walk” to Okeene

Hennessey native Jeremiah Herrian met his wife Sarah of Los Angeles California on the mission field. Soon they felt led by God to provide for those struggling with misfortune. They started their mission work together on the streets of the infamous Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles.

God would eventually lead the couple to Enid, Oklahoma. In 2009 they established Forgotten Ministries to provide a homeless ministry to help those facing desperation and depravity in the northwestern Oklahoma town.

This year, throughout the month of June, Forgotten Ministries decided to do an outreach ministry in surrounding communities.

They call the mission “The Walk.”
