Although the County Election Board can accept applications for absentee ballots until 5 p.m. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2020, RICE urged voters who want to vote by absentee ballot to apply early.
The Blaine County Commissioners signed a proclamation recognizing and honoring National 4-H Week which is designated as Oct. 4-10, 2020, “and com-mends the Oklahoma 4-H Youth Development Program of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service and the 4-H members, volunteers, leaders, supporters, and Extension educators who have made the program a success.”
