Four Lady Whippets named to Cherokee Strip All-Conference Game

Keely Hussey started the season off as Okeene’s shortstop, but quickly became their ace on the mound. Hussey also batted lead-off for Okeene as a hitter that could beat out a soft grounder just as easy as she could drive one to the fence. Hussey will play for Team Hatfi eld in the All-Conference Game. The story on that game will be available in next week’s copy of the Okeene Record.

Aline-Cleo’s Peyton Rauch was Okeene’s primary centerfi elder this season, and batted second behind Keely Hussey to make a formidable duo at the top of the line up with great speed that gave opposing teams fi ts. Rauch will play for the Team Voth.
